This app is designed to help you build, organize, and track workouts. Think of it as your personal gym assistant that doesn't judge your form or your snack choices.

🚀 Getting Started (The Fast Route)

New here? Try this:

  1. Quick Add: Hit the ⏱️ button to log a quick workout without building exercises first
  2. Create a Workout: Manage Workouts → Create → Add exercises you want to do
  3. Log It: After your workout, log it with sets, reps, and weight
  4. Track Progress: Watch your stats grow. Feel the dopamine.

💪 Workouts

Create & Save: Build a workout once, reuse it forever. You're not starting from scratch every day—that's the whole point.

Organize: Drag exercises to reorder, tag workouts (Leg Day, Cardio Hell, etc.), and pin favorites to your dashboard.

Flexibility: Swap exercises, skip sets, whatever. This is your app.

⚡ Random Workout Generator

Bored? Hit generate for a random workout. Filter by muscle groups, equipment, or difficulty level.

Smart Defaults: Leave fields blank for sensible defaults. You won't accidentally generate a 47-exercise monstrosity (but you can if you're feeling ambitious).

Save Presets: Find a combo you like? Save it as a preset for quick access later.

⏱️ Quick Add (No Exercises Needed)

What is it? Fast way to log a workout with just a name, time, and duration. Skip the exercise details.

When to use it: Quick morning jogs, lunch walks, or when you just want to record "I did a thing" without breaking it down.

From Manage Workouts: Quick Add from there navigates to Logs so you can see your entry right away.

📜 Logging Your Workouts

Track Everything: Sets, reps, weight, notes. The more detail, the better you can track progress.

Edit Anytime: Did you forget to log something? Edit it later. You don't need perfect memory, just the app.

View History: See every workout. Scroll through your past wins and learn from not-so-perfect days.

📚 Exercise Library

Setup Once: Manage your exercises, equipment, categories, and muscle groups. The initial setup takes 10 minutes but saves you hours later.

Tag Everything: Use muscle groups and categories to filter and organize. When generating workouts, filters matter.

Add Your Own: Custom exercise? Go for it. Make it weird if you want.

📊 Stats & Analytics

Track Progress: Total workouts, streaks, favorite exercises, muscle group distribution.

Visual Calendar: See your workout frequency at a glance. Green dots = consistency.

Charts & Graphs: Pretty data is motivating data. Watch your workout volume increase.

Customize It: Tap "Modify" to add/remove tiles, reorder them, and customize what you see first.

Quick Shortcuts: Pin your favorite workouts for one-tap access.

Your Stats at a Glance: Streaks, totals, and recent activity. No scrolling required.

⚙️ Settings & Backup

Backup Your Data: Settings → Backup. Do this regularly. Phone breaks? No problem. Your data lives.

Restore: Lost your phone? Settings → Restore from file. Everything comes back.

Navigation Bar: Top or bottom? Reorder buttons? You choose.

Theme: Light or dark. Match your personality and circadian rhythm.

💡 Pro Tips

  • Use Tags: Tag your workouts. Search later. Organization = life.
  • Log Immediately: Log while you're still sweaty. You'll remember better.
  • Export Data: Use CSV export for backup or analysis elsewhere.
  • Read the Calendar: Visual patterns are motivation. Keep those streaks alive.
  • Try the Generator: If you don't know what to do, let the app decide. Remove decision fatigue.

❓ FAQ

Q: Can I sync across devices?
A: Use backup/restore to move data between devices. Not cloud sync, but it works.

Q: Will this make me fit?
A: Tracking helps, but you still have to actually work out. Sorry.

Q: Can I delete everything and start over?
A: Yes. Settings → Reset App. But think hard first.

Q: What if I mess up?
A: Edit logs, edit workouts, undo almost anything. You're fine.
